Therapsy is a mood journal and cognitive restructuring application that provides:
- A mood journal for tracking emotions and cognitive restructuring.
- An audio player featuring AI-generated music designed to Calm your mind, Recharge and reset, Improve focus, Boost energy, and Promote relaxation.
- Exercises such as breathing techniques, grounding practices to shift attention, and progressive muscle relaxation.
2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
By using Therapsy, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the application.
- The app is intended solely for personal reflection and may not be used for any commercial purposes or exploitation.
- You will not misuse, distribute, or alter the app’s content and services.
3. Account Registration and Security
- You are required to create an account to access features.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at support@therapsy.help.
4. Data Collection and Privacy
- Therapsy collects and processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Your mood journal, automatic thoughts entries are securely stored on Firebase servers.
5. AI-Generated Content
- The AI-generated music and report are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.
- Therapsy does not guarantee specific outcomes and should be used as a self-help tool.
- The content of the AI-generated reports is intended for informational and self-reflection purposes only and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing severe distress or require specialized help, we strongly advise consulting a licensed mental health professional.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Therapsy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not responsible for any emotional distress, adverse mental health effects, or data loss resulting from the use of our services.
- In case of mental health emergencies, we strongly advise users to seek professional help immediately.
7. Prohibited Uses
Users may not:
- Use Therapsy for any illegal, abusive, or harmful activities.
- Share or upload offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content.
